How do I purchase distance subjects online?
- Certificate IV, Diploma & International - Once you're enrolled, your Welcome Letter will be emailed which contains your purchase password and all the information you need to start studying.

I want to explore Recognition of Prior Learning, what do I do?
Please refer to the Recognition of Prior Learning information on our site here.
Once we have guided you to the correct application, you will then be able to complete and submit your application. Processing can take up to 30 days after submission.
How long do I have to complete my studies?
From the date of enrolment, you have the following maximum timeframes to complete your studies:
- Certificate IV – Maximum 18 months
- Diploma – Maximum 24 months
- International – Maximum 12 months
I am stuck on a question in my workbook, where can I get help?
You have 3 options:
- Contact your trainer and assessor here.
- Email assessments@bowentraining.com.au and an assessor will contact you within 2 business days.

How long does it take for an assessment to be marked by the assessor?
We endeavour to get your results to you as soon as possible. Please be aware results can take up to 21 working days during peak times.
I have fallen behind, can I get an extension?
Give our Student Services team a call on 07 3284 3349/1300 833 252 or email your request to assessments@bowentraining.com.au.
I have completed all my studies, when can I get my certificate?
Once you have completed all of your course requirements, you will receive an email to let you know that your certificate is being processed. Once processed, you'll receive an additional email confirming your certificate has been posted. Please be aware that certificate issuance process can take up to 30 days.
