COVID-19 has brought upon us a challenging and confusing period, and as a Registered Training Organisation, we understand the need for our students to remain confident that you will continue to have access to BTA office staff to answer any questions or concerns and have access to your online course material to continue to work toward the completion of your qualification.
BTA expects to deliver the same level of service excellence to our students. Our workforce remains mobile and will diligently assist with your needs in these unprecedented times.
It’s business as usual even though we are working remotely. Our normal phone and email support during business hours will remain open.
Now is the ideal time to pursue your distance learning, whether you’re a new or ongoing student. Additionally, a number of our instructors and working towards offering face-to-face modules online.
