The Mind Body Bowen in Practice workshop is designed to deepen your capacity to engage, support and activate the client’s own “inner doctor” — their innate somatic intelligence.
By working with the client’s interoceptive or “felt” sense, you’ll learn to read, understand and respond to both subtle and overt body cues. This approach can enhance recovery, build resilience, and restore whole-system balance by working with the body rather than imposing upon it.
